Hi everyone,
A reminder that this Saturday, March 31, is the deadline for payments for the Moose Meet. You can pay by cheque, cash or using your fundraising levy.
If you are not going to swim in the meet please inform Jason so that we can scratch your child from the meet. The coaches will assume that non payment of your meet fees by this Saturday, means that your child will not be participating and we will scratch them from the meet.
There will be no late entries after the deadline.
New Policy
Each participating swimmer of the club must be represented by a volunteer during the weekend of the swim meet. We undertand there may be extenuating circumstances that may preclude you from volunteering and, if so, please contact Christine Reid, Officials Director at 962-2047
Please indicate volunteer availability on the bulletin board at the pool.
