With over 700 Canadian swimmers expected to compete  next week, the Trials will be opening the doors to foreign swimmers.  Over  10 countries will be sending athletes with hopes to qualify a time fast enough  to represent their respective event in London this summer.  With the focus  being on Canadian swimmers, international swimmers will not be allowed to race  in the A finals.  For Canadians, the trials in Montreal are the sole chance  for earning a spot to represent Canada in the pool this summer.
 Katie Mann, Grace Ni, Haley Black, Danica Ludlow and Sterling  King will be representing the Barracuda Swim Club at the 2012 RBC  Olympic Trials in Montreal March 27 - April 1.  
 Katie Mann will be racing in the 100 and 200  breast, 200 and 400 im
 Grace Ni will be racing in the 200 free, 100 and  200 back
 Haley Black will be racing in the 100 and 200 back,  100 and 200 fly, 400 im
 Danica Ludlow will be racing in the 100, 200, 400  and 800 free
 Sterling King will be racing in the 200, 400, 1500  free, 200 fly, 400 im
