| REMINDER The Prince George Barracudas Swim Club will hold its Annual General Meeting Wednesday November 14, 2018 at 6:00 pm in the Northwood Room at the Prince George Aquatic Centre. All members are invited and encouraged to attend. The PGBSC will call for a vote by special resolution to approve the PGBSC Constitution and Bylaws. The Constitution and Bylaws can be found on the Club website under the "Club" tab. Members are encourage to review the Constitution and Bylaws prior to the AGM. The PGBSC board of directors wishes to inform the membership of the following positions and slate of candidates up for election to the PGBSC board of directors at the 2018 AGM: President: Vacant Vice-President: Vacant Secretary: Vacant Treasurer: Sheila Nelson Fundraising Director: Vacant Nominations for all Directors positions listed above, may be made in writing to the Secretary (email: secretary@pgbsc.org) by any two Voting Members with the consent of the nominee.
