Morning all. As we head into the holiday break, some are wondering what the practice schedule will be like. Here it is. Masters. Regular practice schedule over the break with the exception of Monday Dec 26, no practice. Y/N and Elite. No scheduled practices, however, Jerzy and I still want you to swim everyday for an hour and a half to two hours. Lots of drills and kicking. All other groups. No scheduled practices. Last practice for Swim School, D3, D2C & Fitness and Development is Friday December 16. Last practice for Y/N, Elite, D1 and D2AB is Saturday December 17 - 400 and 800 freestyle time trial. Regular scheduled practices resume Tuesday January 3, 2017 Enjoy the holidays! Coaching Staff

Hi All. The club will be travelling to Kamloops Thursday December 8 and returning Monday December 12. Therefore practices for the following groups will be cancelled Thursday December 8 to Monday December 12: D2AB, D1, Fitness and Development, Elite and Y/N. Masters, Swim School, D3 and D2C will still have regular scheduled practices. If you have any questions, let me know. Cheers, Jason

PRINCE GEORGE BARRACUDA 2016-17 SWIM MEET SUBSIDIES

Travel subsidies for the 2016-17 swim season will be given to all swimmers who:

Have a minimal overall practice attendance of 82%
Qualify for the swim meet for which they may receive a subsidy
Compete at the swim meet for which they have qualified and received the related subsidy

SUBSIDIZED MEET	DATES	SUBSIDY AMOUNT
Swim BC SC AA	February 17-19, 2017	$ 200
Swim BC SC AAA	March 2-5, 2017	$ 300
Western Championships	April 20-23, 2017	$ 400
Canadian Swim Trials	April 6-9, 2017	$ 600
Mel Zajac	May 26 -28, 2017	$ 400
Swim BC LC AA	June 16 -18, 2017	$ 200
Swim BC LC AAA	July 6 – 9, 2017	$ 300
Canadian Junior Championships	July 26-31, 2017	$ 600
Canadian Swimming Championships	August 4-7, 2017	$ 600
2017 Canada Games	August 8-12, 2017	Historically subsidized by Swim BC (PGBSC will re-evaluate later)

Swim meet subsidies are revisited on a seasonal basis.
