I wanted to get in touch with PG Barracuda Swim Team to advise that a CSI Approved Mental Trainer for the 2015 Canada Winter Games, Carl Nienhuis, will be in Prince George on November 5th and 6th. There are two community sessions scheduled at the College of New Caledonia and UNBC as per the attached letter. Please pass this information along to any coaches or athletes that could benefit from this opportunity.
