A couple of reminders to pass on regarding next weekends’ Northern Medical Sprint meet November 15-17.
- Practices for all groups are cancelled for both this Friday and Saturday. Elite and Y/N Monday morning practices are cancelled.
- Warm up times for Friday: 4:30-5:30pm. On deck at 4:10pm. Approx finish time is 7:30pm
- Warm up times for Saturday and Sunday: 8:00-9:00am. On deck at 7:40am Approx finish time on Saturday is 3pm and Sunday 1pm
