| Good evening Attached is the meeting link information as well as call in options for our 2020 AGM on Saturday morning. You will not need to install anything in order to join with a computer. On a tablet or smart phone there is an app to install, just use the links here. Please plan to log in around 9:30 just to be sure we can help to resolve any technical issues. The documents that we will be reviewing during the meeting will be displayed on screen as we go through them. We will also be posting the meeting agenda, last year's AGM minutes, the financial statements for the year ended August 31, 2020 as well as the budget for 2021 and 2022 on the website soon so that attendees have opportunity to print should they choose to do so. We will try to have those who call in via telephone ask questions directly by unmuting themselves, however if we have issues with feedback or sound, we will coordinate that differently. It might be that you will need to text questions to me to relay to the meeting. Voting will be conducted using the MS Teams technology, by raising your hand. Votes in favor or opposed by those on the phone can be texted as noted here as well.
