| NOTICE: PRINCE GEORGE BARRACUDA SWIM CLUB ADOPTION OF CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS UNDER THE BC SOCIETIES ACT The New BC Societies Act came into effect November 28, 2016 and governs how societies (not-for-profit corporations) are created and run in BC. To comply with this Act, the Prince George Barracudas Swim Club must file its constitution and amended bylaws with the government by November 28, 2018. The Club has posted the proposed constitution and bylaws on the Club website for membership review.
