The PGBSC has been invited to participate in a swimming research study by Heather Larson,  PhD candidate in the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation at the University of Alberta. She is recruting 300 competitive swimmers between the ages of 12-17, along with their parents/guardians to research the high rates of burnout and dropout for swimmers and the factors that go into making that happen.

Participation is an online survey format, with one questionnaire for parents/guardians, and one questionnaire for swimmers.To participate in this study or for more information please go to the following link:
