The meet is run over three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) heats and finals. If you are ten and under, you will only be swimming in the morning. If you are 11 and over, you may be swimming in finals as well. All relays for 11 and over are at the end of finals.

2. Barracuda T-shirts and Caps are Mandatory.

3. Warm up Times
Please arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled start of warm ups

Preliminary warm ups Friday, Saturday and Sunday
12 and under 7:00-7:35 am
13 and over 7:35-8:15 am

4. There will be a practice at the pool in Kamloops Thursday afternoon at 5:30 pm for those of you who arrive early enough to attend.

5. It will be hot this weekend. 24+ everyday. Please ensure you drink plenty of water.

6. For swimmers staying in residence at the University. Jerzy and I recommend that you wear running shoes for walking back and forth to the pool. It's less stressful on your calves and ankles.

7. In case you need to contact the coaches, I will have my cell with me 250.552.5993

Safe travels.
