For most of you the 2012 – 2013 swim season is over, and you are well into your vacation. However as the final session of summer camp starts I just want to update you on a few item.
1. First of all if you don’t want to receive these emails any more, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to pgbsc-blog+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com from the email you wish to unsubscribed. The content and subject of the email does not matter. The server only cares about the email address of the sender. I would hope you remain in the mailing list as this is the way the PGBSC sends important information to its membership.
2. We will be shutting down the online registration system as of 28 July, 2013 for some updates prior to the opening of the 2013 – 2014 Registration on 26 Aug 2013. However your online account should still be able to access, if you wish to check balances and credits. Login to your online account at any time at: Online Account Login
3. In addition should it be some time since you login to your online account and forgot your password, you can change your password as follows : Password Reset. You will need your login ID and password for next season registration.
4. 2013 - 2014 REGISTRATIONS – IMPORTANT! - Anytime you register with Prince George Barracudas Swim Club again, be sure to indicate that you are a returning user and enter your username and password. This will save you time by automatically completing any forms for you and will also prevent you from creating a duplicate account in our system.
5. Please search your emails for an email title “Your PGBSC online account has been created!”. Should you have lost your login ID, this email contains your login ID
Finally…
For the 2013 - 2014 Swim Season, the Prince George Barracuda Swim Club will once again use the ACTIVE online registration system for all swimmer(s) registration.
*NEW* this year we have incorporated the mandatory registration waivers into the registration system. During checkout you will be required to agree with the waivers before you can complete the registration process. You DO NOT need to print the waivers out. Simply agreeing to the waivers online is all that is now required. For your reference a link to the PGBSC Privacy and Volunteer Policy or PGBSC Masters Waiver will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
*Also new* is the ability to order and pay for Barracuda wear in the online registration and on our ONLINE STORE anytime afterward during the swim season.
ALL Registrations must be done ONLINE before Returning Swimmers and New Swimmers can begin to swim with the club. We encourage you to use the convenience of the credit card payment system and we offer Monthly, Semi-annual, or Annual payment option plans for your swim fees. Swim BC, PGBSC Registration, Equipment and Facility Fees are due at registration.
