Hello PGBSC parents…
This is exciting times at the club. The PGBSC registration has been changed to a new on-line software system that is now available. We are hoping the system will provide the membership with a way to register their swimmer(s) and manage their account with the club online. You will be able to register for our swim programs, swim meets, purchase Barracuda clothing (coming soon), and manage your Fund Raising Levy (FRL) account.
By now you should have received an email outlining what level your swimmer(s) is in. In addition you may have received an email with a coupon code that represents your FRL amount from last year.
With this information in hand, you can access the registration software thru our website at www.pgbsc.org and then just follow the instructions. During the payment process you will be given the opportunity to use your Coupon Code to apply your FRL credit to your fees. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email, with attached consent forms, as well as a check list of the items needed to complete the registration of your swimmer(s).
Registration Night for returning members is once again at the Civic Centre, Thursday, September 6th from 6 pm – 8 pm. For those who have already done the on-line registration please bring your consent forms and payments, if you are not using a credit card. Swimmer’s Barracuda T-shirts, Caps, and Stride & Glide discount card will also be available for pick up.
If you have not previously done your on-line registration from home there will be computers at the Civic Center, for you to perform the registration process yourself. It is preferred though, to expedite the process that you register from home and then simply drop by the Civic Centre on Registration Night with your completed paperwork and payment.
Please remember that the following consent forms, ID, and payment must be submitted before your swimmer can swim with the club.
· Signed PGBSC Consent Form
· Signed Swim BC Personal Info Consent Form
· Signed PGBSC Family Volunteer Consent Form
· Copy of the swimmer's Birth Certificate
· Payment, if paying by cash, money order or cheque
