PRINCE GEORGE BARRACUDA 2017-18 SWIM MEET SUBSIDIES

Travel subsidies for the 2017-18 swim season will be given to all swimmers who:

Have a minimal overall practice attendance of 82%
Qualify for the swim meet for which they may receive a subsidy
Compete at the swim meet for which they have qualified and received the related subsidy

Swim BC Tier I	March 9-11, 2018 Penticton	$ 200
Canadian Swimming Trials	April 5-8, 2018 Montreal	$600
Western Canadian Open	April 12-15, 2018 Victoria	$ 400
Mel Zajac	May 25-27, 2018 Vancouver	$ 400
Swim BC Tier I	June 22-24, 2018 Kelowna	$ 200
Swim BC Tier II	July 6 – 8, 2018 Victoria	$ 300
Canadian Swimming Trials	July 18-22, 2018 Edmonton	$ 600
Canadian Junior Championships	July 25-30, 2018 Winnipeg	$ 600

Swim meet subsidies are revisited on a seasonal basis.

Hi everyone, A light brown pair of UGG boots were left at the pool last week on Monday evening. One of the girls from D1 is missing a pair of winter boots from the pool on the same night. The UGG boots do not belong to her. If you lost a pair of UGG boots, see Jason at the pool. If you may have taken the wrong pair of boots, see Jason at the pool. Cheers.

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR THOSE FAMILIES HEADING TO KAMLOOPS THIS WEEKEND An update for you this am from Kamloops. 10 and unders (both boys and girls) will be swimming in the boys end. Friday and Sunday prelims - girls in the deep end / boys in the shallow end. Opposite for Saturday. Sunday finals warm ups begin at 2pm. Racing begins at 3pm.

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR EVERYONE IN THE CLUB Christmas is fast approaching and with it, a break from swimming to spend time with the family. Christmas Practice Schedule There are no practices Monday December 18 - Monday January 1 for all groups, except, Masters. Their schedule during that time is: Swimming December 18, 20, 21, 23, 27, 28 and 30 No swimming December 25 and January 1 Regular schedule resumes for everyone Tuesday January 2, 2018 Practice Cancellations As the club is heading to Kamloops next weekend, December 15-17, practices are cancelled Thursday December 14, Friday December 15 and Saturday December 16 for Y/N, Elite, D1, D2AB and Fitness/Development.
