[Prince George Barracuda Swim Club News] - PHONE BOOK DELIVERY FUNDRAISER

Hi Blog PGBSC,

Here is the News information:

News Title:	PHONE BOOK DELIVERY FUNDRAISER
News Date:	06/09/2015
PHONE BOOK DELIVERY FUNDRAISER Good news! The Prince George Barracudas will once again be involved in the delivery of the Prince George region Info Pages now owned by Action Pages. For those new families, this is our biggest source of credits for your swimmer’s account with each route earning $200-$300 for the family. The company responsible for delivery informed us over the weekend that the printing of the books has been moved ahead and the books should now be available for delivery by the third week of June. Any families who wish to be involved in this project please sign up at the pool or email fundraising@pgbsc.org. If you informed us of your interest previously, please do reply that this still works for you, and you can still sign up at the pool - we would rather have two sources to ensure that no one gets missed by e-mail messages gone astray. The company is now using a gps tracking system to provide proof of delivery. It is a small transponder that you will turn on and carry with you when making deliveries. Please inform us of how many family members you expect will be making the actual deliveries at any one time to ensure that we are provided a sufficient number of these devices. Further information will be made available to all families involved once it becomes available to us. Regards, Nicholas and Sandra Lamb, Fundraising

[Prince George Barracuda Swim Club News] - Notice to the Families

Hi Blog PGBSC,

Here is the News information:

News Title:	Notice to the Families
News Date:	06/08/2015
Hello Everyone, As the end of the swimming season approaches for many of the swimmers, we would like to take the time to thank each of the Coaches for their time and energy that they have dedicated this year to the Club! We are fortunate to have 10 amazing Coaches this year! J Over the next 2 weeks, I will be at the pool on specific days and times to try and catch all the swimmers during their swim times. I will have cards for every coach for the swimmers to sign. I will also be collecting donations to contribute towards thank-you gifts for them. Please note that all swimmers can sign the cards whether or not they contribute towards a gift! We will present the Coaches their gifts at our Year End Barbeque on June 20^th. Don’t forget to sign up for the Barbeque too! This week I will be at the pool with the thank-you cards on: Tuesday, June 9^th 5:45-6:15 PM Wednesday, June 10^th 5:30-6:30 PM Thursday, June 11^th 6:00-7:00 PM Saturday, June 12^th 9:30-11:00 AM If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
