581 [PGBSC] Christmas Fundraising

Last week the coaches started handing out catalogues for our Christmas Fundraisers:

 

Purdy's orders can be done on-line or submitted to me by Nov 17^th.

 

Our on-line Regal Store will be open and ready to accept orders on Monday, Nov 4^th.

 

We also are continuing with on-going fundraisers:

·         Magazine subscriptions thru eFundraising

·         Gift cards thru FundScrip

·         Purdys Chocolate Bars

·         BK Bottle Depot

 

On Monday the sign-up sheet for the Festival of the Trees coat check Nov 23rd – Dec 1^st, will be posted on the bulletin board at the pool. Deadline for sign-up is Nov 17^th.

580 [PGBSC] 2013 Northern Medical Meet Volunteers

The sign-up sheet for volunteers for the 2013 Northern Medical Meet on November 15-17, 2013 is posted on the Barracuda Bulletin Board.    All children participating in the meet must have a volunteer of 2 days of the meet or your child will be unable to participate.  Start time for the meet is 5:40 pm on Friday.  The officials meeting will begin at 5:00 pm.  The start time for Saturday and Sunday is 9:10 AM.  The officials meeting will be at 8:30 AM. The last day to sign up is Wednesday, November 13, 2013. If you have any questions please let me know.

The sign up list for Kamloops will be up on the bulletin board this afternoon. 

 

The dates of the meet are December 13-15.

 

This meet is open to all swimmers in D2C, D2AB, D1, JSD, Elite and Y/N.

 

Deadline for signing up is Saturday November 16, 2013

Hello everyone, My name is Stacey Jyrkkanen and I am the Officials Coordinator for Kamloops Classic Swim Club.  I am looking to recruit referees/officials for our home meets for the 2013-14 season – I have listed the dates of the meets below.  We having been working diligently to build internal capacity for officials especially in the areas of starters, electronics, clerk of course and stroke/turn but with double ended meets we still need more help.  If you are interested in volunteering for one or more of these meets please send me a reply indicating which meet and sessions/dates you are available to attend.
