Good Morning, the PGBSC online registration is now live and ready to receive registrations for your swimmer(s).
Please remember to use the Returning User Event Sign Up.
This will prevent duplicate accounts for your family in our system, and will also fill in most of the information need to register your swimmer(s).
If you have forgot your password please click on the “Don’t know your password” link and information will be sent to your email with how to recover your password.
If you have forgotten your user name, it is you email address, however you can also email me and I can help you with that.
I look forward to seeing you are Returning Member’s Night on Thursday 5 Sept 2013 at 6 pm to 8 pm. Remember to bring the printed copy of the PGBSC Registration confirmation email Title “Print & RETURN THIS EMAIL to the PGBSC Registrar 2 of 2” with you.

536 [PGBSC] Online registration goes live on 26 Aug, Returning members night on 5 Sept
It is that wonderful time of the year again.
It is time to register your swimmer for the 2013 / 2014 Season of the
Prince George Barracuda Swim Club.
For the 2013 - 2014 Swim Season, the Prince George Barracuda Swim Club will
once again use the ACTIVE online registration system for all swimmer(s)
registration.
*NEW* this year we have incorporated the mandatory registration waivers
into the registration system. During checkout you will be required to agree
with the waivers before you can complete the registration process. You DO
NOT need to print the waivers out. Simply agreeing to the waivers online is
all that is now required. For your reference a link to the

PGBSC Masters Waiver will be provided in your registration confirmation
email.
*Also new* is the ability to order and pay for Barracuda wear in the online
registration and on our ONLINE STORE anytime afterward during the swim
season.
** Also don't forget your PGBSC Annual Banquet ticket, which can also be
purchased online during the registration process or on our ONLINE STORE
anytime afterward.
ALL Registrations must be done ONLINE before Returning Swimmers and New
Swimmers can begin to swim with the club. We encourage you to use the
convenience of the credit card payment system and we offer Monthly,
Semi-annual, or Annual payment option plans for your swim fees. Swim BC,
PGBSC Registration, Equipment and Facility Fees are due at registration.
RETURNING MEMBERS REGISTRATION
ONLINE Registration for 2013 -2014 Season starts August 26, 2013
You should have received a Group Level Placement email in June from the
coaches with details of the level your swimmer(s) will be in for the start
of the season.
Please complete the registration process online before coming to Returning
Member's Night.
With this information in hand, please log in to the
<http://www.pgbsc.org/online-registration/> ACTIVE online registration
system.
* Follow the online instructions to select the level for your swimmer.
* If you have a Fundraising Levy, the amount of the Fundraising Levy (FRL)
has already been entered into your online account. The amount of the FRL
will go towards paying your swim fees, up to the amount of the FRL. The FRL
will be debited stating October 1st and will continue to be debited, until
the FRL balance is zeroed. Once the FRL balance is zeroed the remaining fees
will be charged to your form of payment (i.e. credit card).
* The <http://www.pgbsc.org/interested-in-swimming-with-th/> fees will be
calculated for you and the amount owning will be displayed at the checkout.
Remember the amount owning will not include the FRL credit if you should
have one.
* We encourage you to pay with a major credit card. However, we also
accept cash or post-dated cheques. Monthly, semi-annual or annual payment
options are available.
* Cash or Cheque(s) is due at Returning Members Night. Cheques should be
made payable to PGBSC.
You will receive a confirmation email once the registration process has
been completed. It is VERY IMPORANT that you bring the email titled "Print
& RETURN THIS EMAIL to the PGBSC Registrar 2 of 2". This is your
confirmation email and is required to complete the registration process. If
you do not have a printed copy of this email at returning member night, you
registration process may be delayed.

the PGBSC Registrar 2 of 2" (IMPORTANT please bring to Returning Members
Night)
Payment (if paying by cash, money order or cheque). Cheques should be made
payable to PGBSC.
* Please Note: Payment with credit cards will be verified on your
registration confirmation.
Pick up your Barracuda T-shirt, silicone Barracuda swim cap and Stride &
Glide discount card.
**Your registration confirmation form and payment must be submitted before
your swimmer can swim with the club**
